The “front end” of the “Buy Here Pay Here” system is the BitBeater create loan screen. From the "Customer-Deals" screen, click on the "Purchase Orders/Loans" tab and the Purchase Order/Loans screen appears. Your options include add and edit vehicle purchase orders, general purchase orders and create and edit loans. BitBeater calculates interest, payments, due dates and complete loan amortization schedules. You can also select first payment amount, a set payment amount, frequency of payment and more. The Security (Time or Demand) Note can be printed from the "Customer" screen. The running account balance can be viewed from the "Customer" screen.
